What type of housing does Finn Services LLC provide?

Finn Services LLC provides supportive independent living in a shared residential home environment. Our program is designed for adults and seniors who can manage their own daily living needs but prefer the comfort and affordability of a structured home setting. IMPORTANT NOTE: We are not an assisted living or medical facility.

Who is a good fit?

Our program is best suited for individuals who are largely independent, can manage their own personal care, can self-administer medications, desire a safe and supportive shared home, and who value affordability and community. If a higher level of care is needed, we may recommend alternative options.

What is included in the monthly rate?

The base monthly rate includes: private furnished rooms, utilities(electric, water, trash), basic Wi-Fi, access to common areas, and structured residential environment. Optional add-on services are available for an additional fee.

Do you provide assisted living or personal care?

No. Finn Services LLC is an independent living provider. Residents must be able to manage their own bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication management. We do not provide hands-on personal care or medical services.

Is transportation available?

Yes, transportation is available as an optional add-on service for scheduled local trips such as: medical appointments, pharmacy visits, and grocery trips. Transportation must be scheduled in advance and is non-emergency.

Do you accept shared rooms?

At this time, Finn Services LLC primarily offers private room accommodations to ensure comfort and privacy for our residents. Future availability may vary by location.

Is this a good alternative to living alone?

For many independent seniors, our home provides a comfortable middle ground between living completely alone and moving into a larger facility. Residents benefit from home-like environment, built-in community, predictable monthly costs, and optional supportive services.

Can families visit?

Yes. We encourage healthy family involvement. Visitor guidelines are provided in our house rules to ensure a respectful environment for all residents.
